I have a Zoll E series that has a different configuration code than 00000000 , does anyone know how to override this so I can access the menu, or which part of the machine I need to replace that holds the code information and swap it over? Really scratching my head here

Hold first and last buttons, turn on, release last, keep holding first until screen changes, enter 617978781, press opt 1, press enter, press restore defaults, press enter, save changes, power off. I think. Hope I help somebody out there!

I have the same problem.
But when i see the passcode input for system configuration i can only use digits 0 to 3.
What am i doing wrong?

Hi, can you tell me how can i reset passcode and enter to co figuration menu. Is it possible to set default options via jumpers or another key combination?
