We have a Sophie Classic mammo machine and use CR cassettes which we have always processed on a Konica Minolta processor. Recently we had an issue that our biomed people rebuilt the hard drive on our PC and now the Konica Minolta PC will not recognize the mammo machine. Our biomed people say it is because Konica doesn't support software for CR mammo anymore. Are there other processors that will work with a CR mammo system?

If they are separate systems it shouldn't matter the CR processor should still be able to process the cassettes and be able to analyze them on the CR system. Have the configured the dicom settings properly?
