Got e13 error on Smith& nephew 500xl. Replaced bulb, but error still appears. Temp sensors are ok. Can anyone assist?

Having the same issue with two units producing E13. I have discovered that the same failure on both units is R10 of the power supply board. Anyone know the resistor value? Likely to happen again and suprised there has not been a recall on these... Anyone have a solution for us!?
