Column wont raise, stuck in lowest position

Assuming you are referring to the column Up/Down drive on main system, then the switches are internal to the column, a none serviceable part. You have to replace the whole column.

If you are referring to the Monitor Cart column drive end switches, they are internal to the column. You will need the parts manual to access & repair.
