We have a pump that gives us a "Wrong Tubing" message when the blue key is inserted to open the door. Has anyone else seen this and is it a setting that can be adjusted?

Hi Kevin,
There are a few things that can cause this message. Are you using Baxter tubing? The slide clamp has to be "Baxter Blue". Some of the aftermarket tubing is a slightly different shade. The color of the slide clamp can also fade over time if the tubing is older. You can also try cleaning the slide clamp sensor and calibrate it in the Biomed menu. The slide clamp sensor is also one of the few parts Baxter will sell you for this device. It is very simple to replace.
