how to troubleshoot

error always occur..after the machine is turned on..after how many minutes, eooer appear: unable to communicate or the 0300 code error. how to solve? do i need to buy another switch hub? thank you

Have you tried contacting Tech support at 1-800-4Abbott about this issue as they would be best suited to answer questions pertaining to error codes. Have you followed the prompts in the analyzer for trouble shooting? You should be able to go and see what the possible causes would be and print those out. Can you let me know exactly what you have done this far and I may be able to give more insight.
