Does not stay on user 1

we are expert in ultrasound, what ultraound is that you have a problem 

We preset the machine to use all the settings we have built in user 1.  For some reason it reverts back to factory default in user presets more when the machine is powered down.  It has happened when we switch probes or end patient studies.  Need to try CTRL +S next.  It should still stay on factory presets when saved under preset.  This messes up our measurements when it is not on user 1 as well.  Thank you your help.
