err 03hm

Hello I have a device philips optimus 50 . it gives me when I make exposure error 03hm and I followed these instruction from service manual(in terms of replacing EZ119 and confirm that all voltes found 15, -15, 5, 26 and i replace the tube but the error still. can any one help me thanks
