We have the Mac mainboards available, the part numbers start with 801212-00?
We would need to know the last number of that part number that can be found on the mainboard itself.

If you aven't allready decided to have some one els fix it.
801212-008 PCB assy. MAC rohs works with Mac 3500,5500 with soft ware 9D-10B or later. Does not work on MAC 5000 devices
You may need the SD card 9D soft ware 202683-007. if you can't access your main board to down load the software.
