I have 2 Philips VS4s that have a blank blue screen after you try to take blood pressure..unit loads up fine and goes to home screen but once you try to take blood pressure the screen goes blue..is this a board issue?

shelaA,

Sounds like it.  Perhaps, when the pump starts, the vibration is causing a ribbon cable or connection to the display to blank out, but that's just a guess.  Seems odd that you have two units with the same problem.  We have a number of these units in service.  I scanned through our service history, which is more extensive than I thought, and we've never run across this.  Share your resolution!

The LCD goes bad often on these units. I would say the LCD might be bad. Try replacing the LCD on it
