I can't find specifications that show the shipping weight. I had 400 lb. A freight carrier is trying to say it was 1,053 lb. We know that's way off. Thank you.

Hi Depends on how it was shipped, yes fully optioned it is 400lbs, but if it was shipped in a wooden crate for example that could weigh just as much if not more than the stretcher itself, sorry you proably already know this, but I cannot see that even if it was shipped in a wooden box that would/should not weigh more than double the unit itself.

The user manual will list the body's stock weight. Options and shipping container/material will also add to it, but not as much as you're saying.
