Hello everyone ,I get a gray imagen after radiation .
Apparently ,the system is working because no error message and the Kv and MA values appears at the control panel.

While you state that you have kV and mA values on the panel, you don't give the values. Or what you had in the field. Put about 2.1 mm of copper in the field and see what the values are. Should be in the mid 70kV range or so, check the test certificate in the system book for the values. Need to know these values to further assist.
What does a stored image already on the system look like? Do you get any reading with a dose meter?
