no power output in coagulation

I would check both handcontrol switches but you have probably done that.  Can you change the level using the up and down and arrows?  Or does it indicate zero and cannot be changed?  It's going to be tough without the manual but I would not rule out the obvious meaning look inside, check fuses, change the handpieces, etc.
