Hi everyone Please help, I found errors as followed

These errors happen round and round. Please advise.

Do these errors also appear without the main system connected?

Can you see both task cards on both monitors?

Have you tried looking in explorer to see if all 3 HDD are present/visible?

You seem to have some errors only releated to sending images to PACS.

When do these errors appear, at power-on or when registering a patient?

Can you see and open previous patient images?

Hi Mr.Tom,

This equipment still working.

Customer found problem when they tried to transfer data to PACS that some pictures was lost.

Is It possible harddisk mal-function?  Please advise.

Yes of course the HDD could be giving issues, you could try via windows run check disk, you can also run defrag which can help speed things up.

Normally it would be unusual to loose individual images, or whole patients. It could be the images was not saved by customer. Or if patient lost then look towards the browser menu for filter, you can set exam date, entry date, name etc. Make sure all filters are off then look for patient again.

The Arcadis does not like the database being accessed for sending to PACS while trying to aquire images, you can only do one or the other not both.

If the images going to PACS were lost, then check to make sure there is NOT a duplicate IP being used.

There is no official instruction to use SSD.

Of course it may work, but there are many different SSD available, I would keep to the existing HDD model.

If you use SSD I would image you will need to reload software, which means you will need a license key that will allow administrator access!

The problem does not suggest a HDD, you have far to many different, unrelated errors, There is more going-on than being advised.

A copy of the developer logs, time/date of problem would help. To obtain the developer log, press Ctr+Alt+S keys, after a few seconds a windows will appear saving the developer log.

To retrieve the developer log, go to C drive, service & look for the 'extract' folder. in there you should see many logs in date order the top log should be the developer log with system SN.

Once you have the developer log copy it to a USB drive, rename the extension with (for example) 12000developer etc. to 12000developer.zip.

Then extract the zip file & look through the various logs.

Once you have the log file, send me your email.

ASP_MBE_W_17

ASP_MBE_E_70

ASP_BIC 1001

MBE_W17: Forced shutdown, jobs pending. (Possible CD burning)

MBE_E70: No information. Is this correct error?

BIC_1001: During startup, hardware error, (Possible CIPP board or BNC disconencted).

Do the errors appear with just the Cart (Main system disconnected), No network connected, no additional USB or HDD connected.

Check the X10 connector pins for damage, a couple of pins are shorter (normal).
