Hi, there are some known issues with this machine freezing up due to wireless network printer activity or a faulty touch screen, but the best way to find out is to have someone analyze the error logs and check for errors indicating a specific hardware or software problem. I have seen this issue be caused by several different components and/or multiple components. 
 

if you use a wireless network printer, remove it from your system and try scanning again. If not, I would recommend having a trained field engineer take a look at it. Guesswork is expensive.

Hi all it is connected to the wifi network through the wifi adapter dont have any network printer, can anyone recommend a service engineer for ge ultrasound machine, i am from northern mew jersey

the system freez during exam or after 2 mintes this problem is common with voluson S serie  i recomend replace the RFI board and our problem will be solved

Thanks a lot US specialist it freezes during an exam and sometimes when its on standby mode it freezes too

i will have someone change the rfi board
