Not Snubbing Cap HVPS is not discharging when system ends test shot or goes into standby. System PCB possibly faulty. Possibly no Snubber signal from System PCB TP3/TP2 & U2 U12 should output on pin 13, a pulse to fire the HVPS to fire the snubber SCR. Possible System PCB Possible HVPS
