Hello ,thanks for your responce. I do not have a specific problem with hthe centrifuge . My Lab technician is looking for a manual for this, for reference and I understand that this centrifuge is not supported anymore. Abbott Labs does not have any information on this now since the centrifuge is obselete. Just wondering if there is anybody out there that has a user manual  along with a service manual

Can you look at the back of the unit for the model plate number?

I can send you the manual for the Abbott 3531, but understand when Kendro Labs took over the rights to it, they rebranded it the Biofuge 13. I will also gladly send you that manual as well due to the fact it covers both models of the 3531, the one that has the step-up transformer and the one that does not.
