Wrong Cassette Remove and Press + The RIS information could not be retrieved {Ref.MESS75}

Hi i am having the following problems with my CR75.0 Wrong Cassette Remove and Press + The RIS information could not be retrieved {Ref.MESS75} The digitizer is not accepting any Cassettes, it keeps giving the error "Wrong Cassette Remove and Press" At the same time, i'm getting this error message on the software "The RIS information could not be retrieved {Ref.MESS75}" i have recently tried pairing a different digitizer to the computer, all the IP information seems to be correct. maybe i did something wrong while pairing? we are working in a war zone and have very limited access to experts. please help.

No, its fixed. Was such a simple problem. Dust was covering the optic reader. It could not read the silver dot on the cassette. Just cleaned the dust and it was fine. Small optic sensor just as the cassette enters the input buffer
