Hello, I have a problem with my siemens Somatom emotion CT. The checkup goes normally. I register my patient and I choose an exam on the topogram. When I validate, there is no scan that starts. And even the command for the scan does not light on at this time.Sometimes, it displays the message "unable to initialize the topogram". I need help with this problem. Can someone send me the somatom emotion and syngo system service manual. Thank you .
