Ya easy,

think these units require a service school in order to maintain them.  That makes it tough to work on, and even to get a service manual.

You have probably already restarted the system.  If it were me I would try that, being sure to remove power for a good bit of time to allow all the components to discharge.  If that worked, in my experience those are short lived victories as the problem will usually resurface. So, I would give the unit a good physical inspection looking for anything that might be amiss, like broken connectors, loose connections, etc. I would also do an electrical safety test.  I would expect it to pass but you never know.

It is more than likely the PCB for the COAG/US.

I sent you the error code readout.  I have this PCB in stock.   I also offer Biomed Training on this system and in return, you get a discount on parts.

I changed thePCB for the COAG/US . I bought a panel from eBay that is not new The seller says it is running (but it might  also have a problem) but the error message still appears. Note that the error message does not appear permanently Sometimes they appear during work and when the device is restarted, the device returns to work normally.

Is your board new? How much is it?
