Is there somewhere were i can purchased a completely new circuit board or batteries for the varstain 24-4 machine.

Have you checked with Epredia (formerly Richard-Allan/Shandon)? I don't know if they still have new parts for the Varistain stainers, but they would be the only ones. I don't recall what batteries are used in it, but I don't think they were special - they should be available at retail or battery shops.
