IS THERE SOMETHING JAMBED? Take the front door off. I bet its the wiring harness that is caught on door. Only way to free it is be very careful and slide the harness back away from it. Get a zip tie to hold the harness away.

Actually more likely to be the K1 relay or the magnetic reed switches. Can you move the door up in manual mode after entering service mode?
