We have a Sharplan 1030 laser that is reading "low coolant". We still have a bottle of coolant, but I don't know where to add it.

The manual should give you the directions on how to fill the system. However, the coolant system is closed, which means there shouldn't be the need to fill it unless there is a leak somewhere. And unfortunately, the coolant evaporates as fast as it comes out, so the chances of seeing the leak are extremely low. Check the o-rings on the quick disconnects to be sure they aren't bad. Also, another culprit is the diaphragm. Check to see if it has cracks in the rubber. If so, that may be the source of leakage. We have them in stock if you need one.
