how can I get good image quality as the known setting did not benefit me
there is alot of nois inside the cavities which confuse the borders

randa marsa, to get the good quality image, the post processing and pre-processing setting varies with respect to the organ. if you are scaning abdomen then you have to change the setting and values of grey map, sharpness, enhancement level and dynamic range with respect to the orgran etc. In cardiac and vascular these setting specially dynamic range is differ.

Hi Saquib is correct.
There are several settings that are for various parts of the body. Use the one closely related to the part you are scanning. One setting will not work for all, unless maybe if you choose "general".
