Hello guys, I really need some help. When using the PC, the NX viewers show an error and doesn't load the app. Aside from this, the HP monitor malfunctioned and it only displayed half of the screen so we decided to replace it.

Hi Luis, so I got some pictures from the technician. The monitor looks weird, so I had to replace it with a new one. I'm not sure if you need a QHD monitor or something more than HD for the program to function properly.
I already reinstalled windows.
Is this possible without an NX installer?
