4D enabling request !

Hello , I have an ultrasound of medison R7 and it has 4D board already installed but the option itself on the software is not enabled I need help to enable this option again ! I would be very grateful Thank you

Howdy,

I believe you need to contact the company that sold the system to you. The option data is saved in the system hardware and the Keys for options are unique for a system serial number. If the 4D option was enabled and is not working now, that would seem to indicate a hardware failure of the 4D board or possibly software corruption. The company that sold the system should have a record of the Key for that option, and can explain how to enter it in order to see if that fixes the issue.
