Disconnect all the accesories and restart the unit.

I have the same problem A-12 and disconnected al the accesories and allways showme A-12 faild, what i can fo ?

I would check the connectors to see if they are not shorted. If they are okay, I would inspect the white IIF boards where the monopolar sockets are connected. I would remove the boards one by one and check if the error persists.
