White display with no error code.

Hi, I got problem with Siremobil Compact L that show white screen in image area any KV with no error code sometimes. I changed Camera already but problem still. Please advice. Regards, Chao.

P.S. the camera I swapped is in stock that not newly one.

HI -  Is this Chaovalit Jitsinthu at MicroMed in Thailand?  

Is the white screen in both displays?  if only one, which display?

when the white screen is showing, does the kv still regulate (with changes in patient density)?

Hi Wayne Horsman,

I'm chaovalit from Thailand. How are you.

The white screen happen sometime. When happen the X-ray can generate any KV.

I guest to problem come from Memoskop So customer use new desk fan to cool down the Memoskop and the problem not yet comes (about 1 week ago every day use).

It is easy enough to isolate the camera from the image intensifier and the Memoskop by testing them *while the symptom is occurring*    You can point the camera at the wall & see if you get an image. you can look at the output phosphor of the image tube (during exposure) to see if the is an image there (is phosphor lighting up?), etc.
