ER 824

I am trying to get the swivel arm unit to go up and down but it can't and sometimes when I check the generator kvp display, it shows ER 824. I already checked the emergency stop button to make sure it is not locked. It feels like something prevent the swivel arm to go up and down! Can someone help me please? Regards, Jojo Kaway
