Thank you so much.Sir.I serached the data sheet and there are 600 V and 5 Amps also available.So just wanted to confirm which is the one used in the device. Highly appreciate you for answering.
. I have not found this diode is amazon. Is there anyone to supply spares for the same?. No response from elman to my spare requests.
