When, or under what circumstances, are you encountering this error?

The way Raw Data deleted is First In First Out FIFO configuration. If this is a setup issue then you'll have to manually delete the raw data images. But if this is something new (never had an issue it) then you might want to try initializing the Raw Data File on both Scan and Displah PCs assuming there is an issue with the E Drive/SCSI in the PC.
