Good afternoon, Annabel, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. I am with the same error with 4 ultrasound machines 3 Clearvue 350 and a Clearvue 550. Have you found any solution for this problem? If you have any help for me I would really appreciate it.Did you get the service password?
