We purchased this on auction to use in our nursing lab for nursing students. The drawers are locked shut and we aren't able to get into the computer system. Nor will we be linking it to a system. We will not be using real medications with it and need to be able to open and close the drawers for our clinical practice labs. Looking for the technical manual, or a resource that may be of help. Thank you.

Thank you so much Deanna, for your time and support. We have a user manual, but the one we have doesn't have information to allow us to open and control the drawers. I've been told what we need is a technical manual for this?
