Vaccum presure abnormal

The machine could not complete startup Initialization rather ,it comes up with Vaccum presure abnormal error. We have looked out for possible leakages on the associated tubings including, status of all valves. We have equally replaced the waste pump but, the error still come on. Kindly advice further on probable cause and solution. Thanks
