Hai, I'm Gede dana from Denpasar Bali,
I have problem with Vivid 7 Dimension,
The problem is:
- Probe was Freeze afew second while system ready to use and we have one notification " Probe setting is problem "
- i try replace BF 64 Board , RFI Board , Relay Board and probe , but all of i do, cant fix thr problem,
Anyone can help me?

Hi, there are several possible reasons for freezing, first the LVPS or what is called sometimes the DC Power supply, if the one the supply voltages are missing or not stable it could cause the problem.
Another reason is software related issue: please check that DICOM spooler is not full. Press Ctrl+S and you shall see the Spooler list, it is full delete all tasks in queue and find the reason why it collect unfinished jobs there. sometime these suspended jobs are due to unreachable DICOM Host.
You might consider also re-installing the software.
