You should check your CR's software version first. There's a TSB regarding that error.

Test scan failed: Not all CAL sensors detected --> defect or IP in digitizer
It is not a too big problem, just need some cleaning if you have luck.
Usually, there is dust from the sponge around the light cover under the optic module, and after some years sponge starts becoming dust, so if you do not know what I am talking about, it is better to call service.
