Unit will not go up or down when up and down buttons are pushed. Unit tilts forward instead. All other functions are operational.

Either your rev trend is engaged, or you have a bad actuator. Check to see if you have voltage to the foot end actuator. See if the motor is spinning, if it is spinning, you have a bad coupling
