The workstation can't connect to read the cassette. It says there is an 11950 error that has to do with the IIP address. We initially changed the IP settings on the computer so that we can create a shared folder to read the files from a laptop and the workstation lost the connection. After we reverted the settings to the initial ones the error was not corrected and connectivity is lost. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello,
The error means that you lose connection with the console while you insert the cassette. Do you have the manual?.
