The machine indicates this when i switch it on" The Instrument has detected internal error and is collecting information to help diagnose the problem.. Contact your Philips representative. The "Restart" control will be enabled when the information has been collected".. We did clean and realised 2 of the Capacitors are demaged. Replaced them with other capacitors but still the error message pops up.. Though the original Capacitor is 3300uf 6.3v Capacitor couldn't be fine andwe replaced them with 1000uf 6.3v (per advice of a technician).. Still the machine shows the error.. Need your help and advice. Thanks

I wouldn't take the advice of that technician anymore.
The Caps perform specific design functions, which is to keep the supply voltage within certain specification limits and supply enough current/power.
The value of these caps tells me that they are on high current, low voltage supply rails. Without the proper capacitance on these type of rails you're looking for trouble.
Try find the same capacitance, low ESR (keeps the temperature down), high temp (usually 105 Degrees) capacitors. Volatge rating from 6.3V to 15V.
Remember also that capacitors lose their capacitance over time, so replacing with the same, or slightly higher capacitance is advisable. If designed correctly the unit designer would have taken this into account.
