booting problem

Power on. Screen shows SIEMENS but go away after few seconds then no more display comes on the screen. Green button, is not lit. System seem to be running. I clean the filters and checked all cables properly pluged in. I do not have any manuals to further proceed with the troubleshooting. Can some one help.!
