Motor overload caused by one of the following:

1. Runner heavier than weight/speed envelope.

2. Deck wear.

3. Motor lead disconnected or loose.

4. Electrical short on the board near the power electronics.

5. Power electronic component failure.

6. Motor block by obstruction.

Recommended Actions

1. Restrict use to people within the weight/speed specifications.

2. Check deck wear; replace, if necessary.

3. If the motor does not turn, check the motor leads to ensure all leads are connected. One loose or disconnected lead will cause overload.

4. Examine board for shorts. Examine board for blackened components or discoloration.

5. Replace board, if damaged.

6. Remove obstructions.
