No you can not. That responsibility lies on the mfr of each instrument. Every device/instrument has gone through fda approved testing, if autoclavable, they have to pay to test in gravity, and prevac sterilizers and that information is included in their IFU. if they have chosen to only test with one type then that is the only type of sterilizer and cycle you can use. So you will have to check the IFU of each device to see what type of and what cycle that mfr approves for their device.
