Door chamber
Not real familiar with this model, but I believe there should be manual operator on the air bank that raises and lowers the door.Follow the air line (red/blue) from the door cylinder to the oppriate air valve. The maual operator should be there and more often then not you will need a small screwdriver to turn this. Be sure to put it back to the normal position for it to work correctly in the automatic mode. Hope this helps

It's a little trickier on the synergy because it's a 4-way valve. There's 2 manual actuators for each door valve. They will be blue plastic 'lever screws' with a flathead slot.
If that doesn't get you in, turn off the compressed air supply and disconnect the red and blue lines at the tee where they split to go to each door cylinder. Then pull the door out then up. You may have to lever the lock cam a bit with a small screwdriver through the oval slot mid-way on each side of the door to get it to pop out.
