Veris 8600 - Communication with remote monitor - Error on Remote

Good evening, everyone. One of the two remote monitors that I have keeps giving me this error: 'System Error 0c03 at site 2051 (...), where the letters in parenthesis vary (0AEC; 0AEB; 0ADA; 0A9C). After the error is displayed, the system reboots, and it keeps doing that. Although the settings are correct (checked with the other remote monitor for which the connection is successful), I cannot have a successful connection due to this constant rebooting. Does anyone know what this error is caused by? I could not find any info in the Service and Operational Manual of Veris 8600. My software version is Rev3.2c. Thank you in advance, Alessandra
