I have Autorefractor VISUREF 100 ZEISS with thermal printer fail, I think priter works but controler board in equipment not works.
the equipment has RS232 and USB port is it possible to use external printer?

Hello SMM,
Another printer must have the same RS232 connector and the configuration software also, You need to open to see if all tension come to controler and contacts from micro cable.
