Adding new telemetry box to system

Are you using the Apex Pro CH or Apex Pro FH (like the one pictured)?

Plz do the followings :

1- click patient window 

2- setup CIC

3- Servive password mms_cic

4- click on current Telemtry listings

5- select bed from list on the left hand side 

6- add TRX # on list under Transmitter

7- enter and click OK

8- click Admit 

9- select BED

10- Select TTX number you want to display Under ECG FROM

Hope this helps , you can call USOC and ask to talk to the tele department if you still have issues
