Deriv off

The equipment is showing Deriv.off on display and we can not see the signals from patient, could be the cable damaged?...thanks for any help ECG Mortara Eli 250c

I have never seen that message. Broken wires will give a Leads off message. You can take a picture and sent it to Hillrom tech support. mor_tech.support@hillrom.com

Hillrom bought Mortara Instrument a couple years ago.

I believe that error is a calculation error in the mainboard. Derivative errors could be a processing error or interpret error. Derivative, in mathematics, the rate of change of a function with respect to a variable.... Derivatives are fundamental to the solution of problems in calculations. You will most likely need a mainboard

Do an ECG Test, Noise Test identify the faulty channel. ELI 250 / ELI 210 Service Manual.
