error code 367

367 post safety cct failed, recommend to verify power supply output prior to lamps

You don't necessarily need a new power supply, although that is one course of action. There should be at least one more error code associated with 367. 

I am getting this error code along with 249 (YAG flashlamp won't start). Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this
