Hi, I'm at Mission Hospital in Asheville NC. There is a recurring problem at our facility where we will get pumps sent down for repair because they will not switch over to other sleeve/cuff types. To remedy this we reseat the door with the hose connectors to put it in cal mode which doesn't take long, but if there is a solution to prevent this and save equipment distribution and ourselves time that would be great. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Is it par for the course to just re-cal it and move on or is there a particular process that must be followed by the user to prevent this from happening.

A garment is worn with flexible tubing connecting it to the flowtron pump. The garment is programmed to inflate and deflate at regular intervals in order to increase blood flow through the deep veins.
