Error8 is related to D916 identified a problem with kV.
This could be the X-Ray Tank, the small D907 kV Measurement board, signal/feedback cabled from Tank to D916 CPU X8.
There was a very old problem where the cables in the extendable arm got twisted and or split/broken due to the arm movement.
